Minister of Education and Chairman of the Higher Education Council (HEC) Board of Trustees, we are pleased to announce the 2nd International Conference on Digital Law and Technological Advancements (ICDLTA’2026), which will be held on 1-2 July 2026 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in Hybrid Mode (Onsite & Online).
ICDLTA 2026 serves as a premier forum for presenting cutting-edge research and innovations in digital law, legal technology, and contemporary legal studies, bringing together scholars, practitioners, and experts from around the world. Under the theme “Legal Innovation in the Digital Age,” the conference emphasizes the role of innovative legal frameworks and digital governance in addressing emerging challenges related to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data protection, digital transactions, and online dispute resolution, contributing to stronger and more adaptive legal systems.

Publication & Indexing
All accepted and presented papers will be published in peer-reviewed conference book/proceedings, published by Emerald or Springer, assigned an ISBN, and made available through leading academic dissemination platforms. Selected high-quality papers may also be invited for extended publication in reputable indexed journals and edited volumes, subject to journal scope, editorial policies, and an additional peer-review process.
